Tax on rental charges 20% I.V.A. tax free for Car Rental charges pre-paid in the U.S

INSURANCE: The rates for Car Rentals include Public liability, Personal injury (PAI - Driver & Passengers), Property damage, Fire - with deductible included; Collision (CDW) - with deductible included; Theft - with deductible included.

Public liability insurance on the vehicle (inlcuded in all rates).

The vehicle insurance inlcudes:

Public Liability Insurance - Insurance against liability for causing death or bodily injury to third parties or damage to animals and property, deriving from the use of the Avis vehicle by the customer or by any other driver authorized under the terms of the rental agreement ( in compliance with provisions of law) with a maximum liability per accident of €10.329.137,98. The Public Liability Insurance does not provide coverage in case of Theft of customer's personal belongings.

EXTENSIONS/UPGRADES: Extensions and upgrades of Car Rental services requested in Italy and not pre-paid in U.S. are subject to local rates and taxes. Insurance on extension of Car Rental services requested locally is also subject to local rates and taxes.

NOTE. All rentals are based on a 24-hour clock. Any drop-off beyond the 58-minute
grace period will be calculated as 1 additional day and subject to local rates and taxes.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT. At time of booking, a $50.00 deposit is required. Full payment must be received no later than 21 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS. A $15.00 fee per booking will be imposed on all cancellations made more than 15 days prior to departure. After 15 days a cancellation fee of $25.00 per booking will be imposed. Unused portion of Car Rentals will be refunded upon return to the United States, less a service charge of $15.00, The claim must be submitted in writing within 30 days of termination of the
program and will take at least 4 months for refund to be fully processed. In the event of a NO-SHOW
and refusal a penalty of 3 days rental fee will be imposed for the
respective category, regardless of the duration of the rental.

OIL, MAINTENANCE, GASOLINE. Expenses for oil and maintenance, if any, as well as any authorized repairs will be refunded only in Italy with the appropriate receipts. Vehicles are provided with full tanks of gas and must be returned with a full tank. Gas deposit refunded only in Italy.

LUGGAGE RACKS, SKI RACKS CHAINS are not available.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION Free between all stations in Continental Italy. For rentals initiating in Continental Italy and ending in Sicily, or vice versa, there is no drop-off charge. Elsewhere charge is S.60 per km. to or from our nearest station. Up-on drop-off, car, contract, and keys must be returned to the designated ISC station. Only in the event station is not open. may keys be left in appropriate IBC station box.

AGE The hirer must be at least 21 years old and not more than 70, and must hold drivers license issued not less than one year prior to hire.

RESPONSIBILITY. World Arrow Tours & Charters and/its agents act only as the agents for the services described, upon express condition that they shall assume no liability of injury, loss, damage, accident. delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person engaged in carrying out the services described. Every effort will be made to supply the car requested; however, World Arrow reserves the right to substitute a similar category if the model requested is unavailable. The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes Land arrangements have been made with hotels, Car Rental companies, air carriers. providing accommodations and transportation, and other services: all coupons, vouchers, exchange orders,
contacts, receipts, tickets issued by Word Arrow are subject to any and all tariffs, terms
and conditions, under which such accommodations, transportation, and other services are provided,
The issuance and acceptance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. All rates in this brochure are quoted in U.S. dollars, based on currency rates in effect at time of printing, and are subject to adjustment.
